- We deliver across Pakistan with a standard flat shipping fee.
- Delivery timelines are 3–7 working days but may vary due to courier delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Liability
- Raizo Collections is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- We are not liable for any misuse or handling of products after delivery.
